I was told that the time to acquire a passport was between 9am-12pm. I came in and asked a darker skinned woman if she was the person providing the service. She responded with “No!”. I was in shock, “excuse me?” Why is she being so rude. “It’s first come first serve, next in line” She responded. I’m not sure what first come first serve meant when the hours were posted between 9am-12pm. As I’m walking away a light skinned male employee is screaming, “WHAT DID YOU SAY! WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?” to a customer who is walking away in an obvious bad mood. I don’t know the story behind that situation but it’s completely unprofessional to react in that way. This place is such a mess. Maybe they do get rude experiences here but that is no excuse to treat everyone else this way. HR needs to step in ASAP.

If we could rate a negative star, we would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Waited 3 hours for a 1-minute application for our baby.
