I have to say that overall this place delivered. Almost docked it a star because I did experience some delivery mistakes. Through those my salesman(Eddie) handled it greatly. The shopping experience was great, was left alone with my gf to try all the beds until we found one. I've seen the bed I bought at 4 other stores and I paid less then all their prices. The best thing about this place is the people, they seem to be there for the customer.

My sister first ordered a bed online and when the bed arrived it was all the wrong sizes. They sent twin box spring and a full mattress. We caught the mistake and she pulled up and printed out her order confirmation and she shown then it says King sizes on both. The drivers are just drivers and it was not their fault. So she said take it back and cancelled. Now I rode along when my sister went to look at beds at the actual bed store. They did show her the discount showroom, in the back. The salesman said he had a new discontinued kind set and it was the only one so, she got this great bed set. Two days later they deliver a king set with "Used" and "Sanitized" stickers on both. She was told it was New and just "Discontinued." She took it because she had no bed and would deal with it after the holiday. Once unwrapped within hours the bed and her room smelled of old mold. We went to the store and another salesman let it slip they have 8 sets of those beds and Not just the one. They sent out someone and she agreed the bed smelled of mold and took photos of the used tags. Now it took three days to get her a NEW bed and she slept on the sofa. This place will lie to make a sale and the sales people are slick like snake oil hawkers. I feel their great reviews are fake on the site. Most of the time they call the sales person by their full name, that is Not normal. You say Bob was a great help Not Bob Martin.
And look at the other less than 4 or 5 Star reviews, in one the sale man kept trying to look up his girlfriends dress!!!
