The people here are always helpful and everything is clean an organized. I buy stuff here for my cat and they have some awesome alternative litters for our Tidy Cats Breeze as well as the kit itself. We buy the recycled paper pellets for our litter box instead because the ones that come with the kit smeared and didn't make cleaning our cats litter box easier. Luckily the recycled paper pellets worked like a charm and they are cheaper than the refills for the Tidy Cats Breeze litter box.
