DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for a couple years and I have to say it was the worse years of my life. They say its "kid friendly," but its not. The worker, Javier, does not let kids be kids. If they go outside he watches them to call them out on any little thing they do. Like my kids wouldn't be able to take out a little tennis ball because he would tell them they can't do that, if they would run 3 feet he would yell at them and tell them that they can't run, any little thing they do he gets mad at them for it, and they way he tells them is with so much attitude and disrespect but if they're parent is right there with them he won't say anything but if there is no adult there you better expect him to yell at them, it will happen. Another reason they are constantly raising their rent fee, one incident my neighbor did their lease and I did mine less than a month after and I paid 200 more than them and the leasing office said the market is going up and down constantly and they need to be caught up, uhh no thats not how the market work It rarely ever goes down and it doesn't change in 3 weeks. Also the workers in the leasing office be all nice to you when you come for a tour and when you sign a lease because they get money off every new lease, but once you move in and you talk to them or they call you, they treat you like a piece of gum on the floor, like you are below them and they can do what ever they feel like. They will talk to you with extreme attitude to the point that you want to tell them ti shut the hell up because they are treating you with no respect. The one latin lady that has a very airy voice, she can seem all nice at first but she's a b****, she called me to the office before and said I need to talk to you now come up to the leasing office now, with so much attitude and I wanted to tell her off but i'm not that kind of person. And the workers are so nosy they are up in everyones business to report to the office on every little thing you do, and you constantly get notices on your door that you did something wrong. Whenever I see a moving truck or people moving in I say someone help these people because they made a stupid decision moving here NO ONE SHOULD MOVE HERE. The lease is not clear at all the leasing office is constantly making up rules on the spot that they say were on the lease, like they say you can only register two cars, when the lease says up to three cars, they say you need to pay a monthly pet fee on the lease and that you need to show the size and weight of the dog to them, but apparently if you get a dog in the middle of your lease you have to pay for every month before you had the dog since you lease started, which is not in the lease at all. For example if you sign your lease in January and get a dog in July you need to show the office immediately that you got a dog and you need to pay $300 deposit, nonrefundable, + $50 for every month since your lease started even though you didn't have a dog at that time so $300+$350 the first day you get the dog. And its not stated in the lease that you need to pay for every month before, so they are doing some shady stuff. There is so much shady stuff they do here if I knew how I would've had the place professionally inspected and get it shut down because its terrible and everything they say is lies, please do not make the mistake I made of moving in here find somewhere else to move, again DO NOT MOVE HERE!
